Your Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates for business units throughout North America and Latin America 
• Build and maintain specific global and regional pipelines that have strong business impact and continuity.
• Actively nurture candidates and propose actions to keep talents engaged with our employer brand.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and diverse talent that supports active niche hiring.
• Initiate, sustain, and deepen relationships with community leaders, local strategic partners and diversity and other business associations based on preferred partnership criteria 
   and leverage these relationships to create a consistent flow of candidates
• Select appropriate channels and relationships required to achieve diversity hiring in collaboration with Talent Acquisition leaders and Recruitment Marketing 

 

Candidates in NJ will be considered for Hybrid work, being in the Plainsboro, NJ office 2 days/week.  Candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones of the US will also be considered. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided.   Salary $88,500 - $110,500.
