Senior Manager, Logistics Technology Job Description: 

The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Order Experience function within our Logistics Technology department and broader Supply Chain Planning, Strategy & Technology organization. Responsibilities include selecting, building, implementing, and managing both third party vendor platforms and internal technical applications to enable our operation.

You will…

• Oversee a technical logistics and operational toolset to enable the delivery of ~1 million parcels per week
• Own the relationship with third-party technology vendor(s), driving a feature enhancement roadmap, as well as BAU accountability and service levels
• Drive partnerships with internal stakeholders across operations, product and engineering teams to define process and communications protocols, with an emphasis on error recovery
• Be a subject matter expert to quickly test and roll out new features, drive continuous improvement, and reduce our total supply chain cost while improving customer experience
• Build capabilities to scale operations and expand customer offering (e.g. include new 3PL fulfillment/ship methods, shortened delivery timelines, and other customer-facing improvements)
• Lead and developed a team of junior talent that raises the bar for operational excellence, problem-solving, and achieved an outstanding customer experience
• Report to the Director, Logistics Technology to enhance customer experience through technical program management

• A strong communicator of complex (often technical) information to different types of audiences
• Customer-focused to achieve a customer experience that is second to none
• Dedicated to providing the best possible experience for the HelloFresh customer

You have…

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science or similar required
• 6 years of related experience in a hands-on, analytical environment focusing on project management and supply chain operations required
• Experience mentoring and leading a team required
• Proven track record applying data analytics and KPI measurements to drive process improvement
• Technical background with the ability to understand coding languages preferred
