- Assist in the design and execution of strategic research, process maps, and evaluations
- Support human-centered design and stakeholder engagement activities
- Help analyze policies, program outcomes, and strategic plans for federal clients
- Contribute to the development of deliverables including briefing decks, reports, and communications materials
- Participate in client meetings and support workshop facilitation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams and learn Agile and consulting best practices
- Contribute to internal MetaPhase initiatives aligned to your interests or emerging needs
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in public policy, business, communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in public service or consulting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a people-first mindset
- U.S. Citizenship is required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Coursework or experience in public administration, strategic planning, policy analysis, human-centered design, or communications
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, or survey platforms
- Experience working on group projects, student government, or volunteer initiatives
