The Job

As a Demand Planning Manager, you’ll be part of our Supply Chain team working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to: 

• Propose and implement solutions (Next Gen Solution) to improve demand planning process and correlated success metrics (e.g. forecast accuracy, bias, forecast value-add)
• Create improved demand processes using a new planning tool
• Propose and implement process improvements in the Demand Forecasting process.
• Collaborate with line / BU functions (sales, marketing, finance, sourcing and manufacturing) and drive alignment on key business decisions for Next Gen Planning tool functionality.
• Train users in the new ways of working

The Person (requirements)

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. In fact, you embrace it. You also have:

•  Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
• 8+ years of supply and demand planning required with managerial tenure
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
• S&OP Demand Review experience
• ERP experience required, SAP ECC/S4 HANA
• Planning system implementation or key user experience required; SAP IBP preferred
• Experience in training teams on best practices required
