About the team

As the Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with a delightful and entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of shopping and content.



Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for automatic customer service product design, including intelligent dialogue, automated forms, self-service, etc., participating in the whole process of product planning, requirement definition, development, testing and online work, and responsible for the final effect of the product;

2. Studied and abstracted business requirements from different countries, transformed them into standardized capability output, and cooperated with cross-functional and cross-national teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products;

3. Establish reasonable data indicators, find and analyze the problems existing in the intelligent service, find the corresponding optimization points and carry out iterations;

4. Sorted out the pain points existing in team cooperation, optimized the project process, summarized and synchronized the business information, and improved the efficiency of production and operation coordination;
