Job Description

Participates in the design and implementation of hardware and software solutions. Supports problem resolution and research across application, configuration, and hardware disciplines. Supports and participates in the enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity. Participates in the configuration of hardware and software solutions. Troubleshoots and resolves issues within area of expertise. Participates in performance, capacity, and research activities.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment
- At least 2 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience in Installation, support and testing of data cables - category 6 cable, fiber, twinax, various power cables and configuration of smart power strips 

• Must be willing to be on-call rotation.

• Experience in Installation, upgrades, and support of hardware such as servers, network, storage – Cisco\HP\Dell\IBM servers, Cisco switches and routers, F5, Checkpoint, DellEMC, NetApp 

• Great attention to detail

• Technical support and troubleshooting experience

• Experience with Incident and change management 

• Basic understanding in Telecommunications

• Previous work experience in data center environment  

• Experience with Asset management and asset auditing

Location Expectations

This is an On-site role with an in-office expectation of 5 days per week
