Job Overview:
The Global IM Deliver team is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager in Advanced Analytics to support our mission of enhancing distribution, transportation, and customer services through data-driven insights. This role requires a technical professional with a strong understanding of product management and a passion for analytics, specifically modeling & simulation.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage data from various systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS, to provide insightful analyses that will inform business and product decisions.
Conduct modeling and simulation exercises, including network analysis, capacity planning, and cost simulation, to understand and optimize our customer services, distribution & transportation networks.
Collaborate with the Data Science and Technologies team to focus on scaling impactful analytics solutions that drive operational efficiencies and business improvements.
Integrate methodologies based on the analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors to continually refine and enhance the organization’s advanced analytics strategy.
Assist in the development and execution of innovative initiatives and programs to advance modeling & simulation capabilities within the organization.
Evaluate and recommend new vendors, tools, and systems to support the modeling & simulation function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, AI / ML or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in an Advanced Analytics role, preferably within a distribution or supply chain context.
Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of data analytics tools and methods, as well as experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
Experience with modeling and simulation techniques relevant to network analysis and capacity planning.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear and effective manner to various stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $108,800 to $147,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
