The SMA is responsible for finding, negotiating, and launching alliances that can create value for both parties. </p><p>If you want a multi-dimensional 3D career in a leading healthcare organisation, join us. </p><p></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><ul> <li>Achieve sales and profit targets across the consumer healthcare portfolio and / or countries as agreed with the manager</li> <li>Fully accountable for local Brand P&amp;L and for identifying areas for efficiency, considering all lines in the P&amp;L</li> <li>Develop and execute the winning commercial strategy for each country or region</li> <li>Identify the most suitable partner for expansion into new territories and manage the commercial relationship with the partners</li> <li>Lead the localization of global strategy and identify local opportunities for market share development</li> <li>Lead the localisation and execution of local brand plans and annual marketing plans, in line with global strategy</li> <li>Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution</li> <li>Ensure, together with media agency, the right media touchpoints, with special emphasis in Digital</li> <li>Collaborate with headquarters and other local functions: CHC Marketing, CHC T&amp;S, CHC Digital, regulatory, supply chain and other operational departments</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience in Management of Strategic Alliances and/ or Commercial Teams in the FMG and/or CHC</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to maintain a trustful and healthy commercial relationship with the different partners; strong capacity to inspire and instil passion</li> <li>Excellent negotiation skills.
