We are a new team, driving the development of new processes and solutions for the collection and monitoring of recovery/ loss data. Our aim is to build sustainable processes and supporting tools that cater for efficient and compliant processes through which we enable great customer experiences. We maintain and foster close collaborations with stakeholders and development units in the business areas and other group functions. </span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>What you’ll be doing</b>: </span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Facilitate close collaboration across units such as business areas, credit management, credit risk models and development teams on topics related to recovery and loss data as well as underlying processes </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Advance the agenda around recovery and loss data and anchor it in different stakeholder fora</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Drive the implementation of process changes and/ or new processes</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Build specific competence on credit processes across all business areas </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Build expertise of Nordea’s credit risk agenda, especially on High Risk and Credit Risk models</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span>You’ll join a diverse, multi-faceted and passionate team. Occasional travel primarily in the Nordics should be expected. These are the values that guide us in being at our best – and that we imagine you share with us. </span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>To succeed in the role, we believe that you</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Are passionate about leading change and enjoy engaging with stakeholders</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Are comfortable to present to and discuss with stakeholders of various backgrounds for information, alignment and decision purpose</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Are self-going with a natural “can do” attitude and have a solution-oriented mindset supported by structured, analytical and creative thinking </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Have a curious mindset and a strong desire to learn</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Build up and maintain expertise of regulatory requirements affecting credit risk, as well as the systems and credit products</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Are able to gain a detailed understanding of requirements/process/systems when needed but at the same time be able to connect the work to a larger picture</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Your experience and background</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>At least 5 year of experience working with regulations / business processes within Banking</span></span></li> <li><span><span>A few years  experience in Credit Risk (Modelling) and / or Credit Management </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proven track record of driving business analysis, business requirements and implementation of change, successfully meeting targets whilst balancing multiple priorities</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong presentation skills</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can build strong relationships with stakeholders of various backgrounds </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in using and interpretating data to support the change   </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Have a professional level of English, both written and spoken </span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span>If this sounds like you, get in touch!</span></span></p> <p>
