Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating corporate and private events.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Support the development of event timelines, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
• Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, invoices, and inventory management.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
