Job Description
In this compelling leadership position, you will plan and direct the work of staff who provide overall direction for technology products and processes; assess enterprise functional needs and implement technology solutions to support; define strategic outlook; may coordinate operational activities of the unit through the efforts of subordinate staff managers
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Information Security Enablement - Technology Management - Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Direct teams as they apply an understanding of strategic issues of importance to determine the functional technology needs of a busines unit or process
- Direct the development, formulation, and implementation of new technology, coordinating simultaneous implementation programs across departments or divisions
- Identify appropriate resources to support projects and new initiatives.
- Establish best practices and guidelines for existing or new technologies.
- Development of enterprise-wide security awareness strategy and cybersecurity program to improve overall risk management by instilling security awareness into all activities across
- Build and establish a security-focused learning continuum to create a cyber security culture within the enterprise by rapidly securing buy-in from teams across organization and guiding process maturation.
- Develops, reviews, implements and maintains a security awareness program to raise awareness about digital security and empower everyone within the company to protect their personal data from digital forms of crime and mitigate human risks present in the organization’s operating model.
- Creates and manages a metric framework that effectively measures employee compliance with information security policies and the overall effectiveness of the security awareness program.
- Collaborates across the enterprise with relevant business units to improve security awareness and meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Develop effective security awareness campaigns along with building a champion program across the enterprise.
- Build and lead continued development of information security program while successfully engaging and educating customers on implementation and operation of products and services continuously through out the year
- Collaborate closely with industry relationships to keep on changing cyber landscape
- Thought leader on cybersecurity and phishing defense in establishing a program to educate the enterprise across as well as internal Cyber Security professionals.
- Focus on building and/or bringing in learning and education programs to keep internal CISO teams current on cyber
Change Management
- Create overall strategy within the CISO / IRM organization on how we engage across within our strategic initiatives and/or BAU releases as it relates to planning, education, and overall communications across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with the CISO/IRM officers and Directors on change management strategies in delivering cyber security products, services and capabilities across the enterprise.
- Manage team that supports and enables the change management activities with our cyber initiatives, programs, projects, product and capability delivery.
- Work with centralized change management team for best practices and change management tools to create strategy and enable successful adoption.
- Collaborate with communication team to ensure messaging and pace of change via communication venues.
- Establish change continuum and training needed to support the cyber initiatives along with establishing measurements of the effectiveness of the overall change and ensure that all key stakeholders are part of the overall support and onboard for the change execution and delivery.
- Leverage and drive change leadership and mentorship to ensure seamless transition through cyber initiatives and significant process changes across the enterprise.
