As a Communications Manager within the Enterprise Customer Experience & Insights team, you will lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives that elevate the voice of the customer, promote transparency, and drive engagement across the enterprise. You will craft compelling narratives, manage internal channels, and partner with cross-functional teams to amplify the impact of our customer experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications & Storytelling
Develop and execute communication strategies that support enterprise-wide customer experience initiatives.
Translate complex insights and data into clear, compelling stories that resonate with internal audiences.
Partner with senior leaders to craft messaging that aligns with business priorities and promotes a customer-first culture.
Support executive communications and presentations related to customer experience and insights.
Content Development & Channel Management
Own and manage the internal Heartbeat page for the Enterprise Customer Experience & Insights team.
Create and curate engaging content including articles, videos, infographics, and newsletters.
Maintain a consistent drumbeat of communications that highlight progress, celebrate wins, and foster connection.
Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with brand and tone guidelines.
Campaigns & Engagement
Design and implement internal awareness campaigns that promote understanding and adoption of customer experience tools and programs.
Develop a content calendar to support ongoing storytelling and engagement efforts.
Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize communication strategies based on feedback and performance.
Collaboration & Influence
Work closely with partners in Corporate Communications, Customer Experience, Learning & Development, and Business Unit Operations.
Serve as a communications advisor to internal teams, helping them craft messages that drive clarity and impact.
Foster a culture of storytelling and transparency across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
Proven success developing and executing enterprise-wide communication strategies.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail.
Experience managing internal communication platforms and tools.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate data and insights into compelling narratives.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (e.g., InDesign, Premiere Pro) or other design/video tools.
Experience with SharePoint, Poppulo, or similar internal communication platforms.
Familiarity with customer experience or employee engagement strategies.
Background in journalism, marketing, or content strategy is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field required; equivalent related work experience may be considered.

The typical pay range for this role is:
