About the role
RH is seeking a Senior Leader of Digital Photo Production to lead the strategy and execution of end-to-end digital photo production across internal and external partners, delivering timely, accurate, and elevated digital assets. This role drives sample readiness, defines asset requirements, builds scalable workflows and reporting systems, and establishes accountability to ensure seamless launches and operational excellence

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Direct sample readiness processes to ensure accurate, production-ready assets enter the digital photo pipeline
- Serve as the central liaison across seasonal launches, collection kick-offs, pre-production meetings, and asset review milestones to ensure full cross-functional alignment
- Lead and facilitate product shot list reviews in partnership with Creative and Merchandising teams
- Implement virtual and in-person sample review processes to validate accuracy and readiness. Drive on-time asset imports and manage expectations regarding production timelines
- Proactively identify and mitigate risk categories that may impact shoots, such as sample issues, set challenges, stoppages, or reshoots.
- Establish accountability systems that reduce production errors and ensure continuous process improvement
- Build and maintain transparent, real-time reporting dashboards that communicate asset status, launch readiness, and success metrics
- Champion and refine scalable workflows, communication frameworks and operational best practices
- 7+ years of proven leadership experience in digital photo production, creative operations, or a related field
- Translate business objectives into operational execution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead concurrent projects from concept to completion
- Previous experience developing and implementing process improvements and reporting systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Airtable, Google Sheets, Capture One, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience with high-end photo retouching preferred
- Frequently sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Frequently stand, walk, and move throughout studio and office environments
- Occasionally lift and move product samples up to 25 pounds as needed
- Complete work on site at our Home Office in Corte Madera, CA
- Occasional travel may be required based on business needs
