Customer Service - Occupational Health Services

This team member processes drug screening and occupational services registrations and results. 
Hours for this position will be between 11:00am - 7:30pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Schedule donors within vendor systems or customer service departments for drug and/or occupational health testing. 
• Process and complete drug and occupational health testing results to ensure delivery to clients 
• Learn and understand the regulated processes for both drug and occupational health testing. 
• Consult with vendors, labs, clinics, and medical review services on abnormal test situations or results 
• Work with internal teams to assist clients 
• Respond to incoming calls or emails from clients, internal departments, and vendors requesting additional information on test results 
• Meeting production and quality standards of the department. 
• Other duties related as assigned by management 

Qualifications/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 1 year customer service or other applicable experience 
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
