MANTECH seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Executive Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid position with 3-4 days a week onsite and 1-2 days remote.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors and providing front office receptionist and customer service support in a federal government environment to SES/Principal Director
- Communicating visitor information to executives and functional offices in an accurate and timely manner via phone and email
- Preparing executive agendas, ensuring meetings run on time, and recording action items for the executive
- Preparing daily schedules of meetings and priorities, and initiating, establishing, and communicating departmental and personal meetings to the executive's staff
- Gathering, organizing, and prioritizing incoming material for executive review and signature
- Assembling information from files and documents for executive staff review and approval, including briefs, meeting agendas and read-aheads, white papers, program fact sheets and quad charts, senior leadership correspondence, year in review, and other artifacts
- Arranging logistical support for meetings, conferences, and travel
- Tracking office tasks and consolidating multiple responses into one coherent office response
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer service roles
- 2+ years of direct relevant experience supporting executive personnel
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using scheduling tools like Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, or calendar coordination systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting government PEO or large-scale acquisition program office environments
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Needs to occasionally move
