Citrix Application Support and Developer (Remote)

Responsibilities:Provide technical support to users of our software applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.Work closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and provide guidance and assistance as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to identify and address technical issues and implement solutions.Participate in the design, development, and testing of new features and functionality for our software applications.Contribute to ongoing maintenance and support activities, including bug fixes, patches, and updates.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to application support and development.Document support processes, procedures, and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Provide training and guidance to internal teams and customers on the use of our software applications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.10+ years of experience in application support and development, with a focus on Citrix and AderantStrong technical skills in programming languages such as [list relevant languages], as well as experience with databases, web services, and APIs.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
