Your Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Delivery for John Deere Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA, you will:
Manage a centralized manufacturing engineering team supporting fabrication, paint, and assembly operations through the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) for Backhoe, Crawler, Skid Steer, and Dubuque Cab Operations.
You will develop a robust manufacturing strategy for new product development and drive manufacturing cost reductions through each product portfolio.

What Skills You Need
- 5 or more years of experience with designing, integrating, manufacturing or production processes.
- 3 or more years of experience leading a cross functional team in manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in the EPDP process through implementation of new product programs.
- 3 or more years of project management experience managing concurrent projects.
- 3 or more years of experience in managing AFEs, capital and expense investment estimates, and annual budget planning and execution.
What Makes You Stand Out
- 2 or more years of experience in fabrication of large structural weldments. Demonstrated process flow, mistake proofing, and layout planning activities.
- 2 or more years of experience in assembly operations. Demonstrated process flow, mistake proofing, labor balancing, and layout planning activities.
- 2 or more years of experience with SAP/MP Planner/AMES/JDAAT systems troubleshooting and set up for manufacturing related requirements. These include routings, reporting and consumption of materials, and displaying of work instructions.
- 2 or more years of experience with working with ETEC employees.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degrees are preferred)
