Cashier | Flagship Commons | Westroads Mall

$12.50 - $16/hr.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Cashier to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest.

The Cashier is often one of the first and last people our guests interact with, so a positive attitude, clear communication, and strong attention to detail are important. This position may also include light food prep or cooking duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, helpful, and guest-focused attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to take direction and work well with a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic cash handling or customer service experience preferred
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately
• Issue change, receipts, refunds, or adjustments as needed
• Answer guest questions and provide helpful information
• Support guests with concerns or complaints in a professional way
• Keep the checkout and service areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with light food prep, cooking, or other support duties as needed
• Work closely with the team to keep service moving smoothly
