Summary:
The Senior Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Analyst supports the existing EPM applications, including Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS). This position is a key contributor in the development of our applications and requires a strong background in (master) data and managing business rules. The position serves as the support person and subject matter expert for the EPM environments.
What you’ll be contributing:
- Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
- Maintains/tracks hierarchy and system updates, regular database maintenance, validation and reconciliation, system security, backups and recovery, and troubleshooting.
- Performs regular database maintenance; validates and reconciles; manages system security; handles backups and recovery; and troubleshoots system issues.
- Performs month-end closing data loads of statistical and financial information.
- Conducts quarterly change control and security audits.
- Oversees data integration from source systems to EPM.
- Manages the daily operations of EPM Applications and their availability to our end users.
- Recommends ways to enhance Consolidation and FP&A activities in the system.
- Works with Oracle Support to resolve application issues via service request.
- Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in business operations.
- Acts as a department liaison to various business functions.
- Understands dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Provides alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.
- Maintains documentation and training materials to ensure the Finance Community is continuously educated.
