Product Manager, AP Payments

A successful Product Manager will lead the development and payments growth for our Accounts Payable product. R365 has processed over $1B in B2B payments volume and has significant revenue growth opportunities with our large and growing customer base. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Design, Sales, FP&A, Implementation, and Customer Success, to define the product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the payments landscape, Accounts Payable workflows, as well as experience building and launching revenue-generating fintech products.

How you'll add value:

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and pain points
• Grow payments volume and revenue by collaborating with our Design, Engineering, and Implementation teams
• Explore partnerships and integrations with payment processors and financial institutions
• Own and develop the North Star metrics that matter most for this product
• Drive alignment with internal stakeholders and 3rd party partners
• Other duties as assigned.

• Compensation: Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices. This position has a salary range of $110K-$130K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
