In addition to theoretical knowledge, you will also gain practical experience in a dynamic, international environment. </p> <p>The Strategic Business Modernization Section (SBM) unit ensures that service delivery at the GSSC meets the highest quality standards. The Service Quality Assurance Team (SQA) team plays a key role in testing, monitoring compliance, identifying risks, and providing independent insights on process performance, to meet high quality standards and satisfy customer expectations. </p> <p>The SQA Intern will support this work by contributing to data-driven analysis, transaction reviews, compliance monitoring, reporting, and awareness initiatives to strengthen quality and consistency across GSSC operations. </p> <p><strong>How can you make a difference?</strong> </p> <p>Under the overall supervision and guidance of Service Quality Assurance, the intern will take part in QA deep dives, perform data analytics, help with suspicious transactions and to raise awareness of potential risk of fraud, while also helping with the coordination and support functions of the QA team. </p> <p><strong>This may involve</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Support data collection, entry, cleaning and analysis for QA activities, including dashboards and reports. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Use dashboards and datasets with various complexities to design and run analysis. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Assist in performing quality reviews to identify errors, gaps, and areas of non-compliance with established policies and procedures. Help analyze root causes of inconsistencies, errors, or irregularities. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Assist in preparing monthly QA reports by consolidating results, highlighting trends, irregularities and areas for improvement. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Support QA deep dives on specific service delivery processes to identify root causes and suggest improvements. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Contribute to risk awareness and compliance initiatives (e.g. fraud prevention awareness, process improvement discussions). </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Document testing methodologies, findings, and lessons learned in clear and concise formats (presentations, briefs, reports). </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Provide general support to the QA team in ongoing projects and ad hoc assignments. </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>In addition to daily tasks, the intern will be actively engaged in the following QA initiatives:  </li> </ul> <p><strong>QA2.0 Project – Standardizing Quality Assurance</strong> </p> <ul type="circle"> <li>Support the QA team in streamlining processes by defining roles, standardizing methodologies, and unifying documentation and training. </li> </ul> <ul type="circle"> <li>Help design unified Power BI dashboards and reporting templates for QA activities. </li> </ul> <ul type="circle"> <li>Assist in building a structured QA task management system and identifying new areas for QA coverage. </li> </ul> <ul type="circle"> <li>Participate in data-driven investigations into specific service delivery processes.  </li> </ul> <p><strong>QA Advocacy Project</strong> </p> <ul type="circle"> <li>Help the QA team “spread the word” across GSSC and UNICEF about what QA is and why it matters. </li> </ul> <ul type="circle"> <li>Support awareness activities such as creating engaging presentations, videos, game
