Work Schedule:

Approximately 6 - 20 hours. It varies based on events scheduled for the week or weekend.

Job Summary:

Work automated dishwashing machine for the CUL 208 class, Spartan Terrace Restaurant before, during and after restaurant hours.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Will train
Ability to take direction from Chef Instructor(s)
Ability to lift 40LBS, bend, twist

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Student in the Culinary Arts and Hospitality department with full uniform preferred

Essential Duties:

1. Sort and wash china
2. Wash glassware
3. Sort and wash silverware
4. Wash misc. kitchen equipment as needed
5. Put clean dish items away
6. Assist with food prep as needed

Other Duties:

Other duties assigned that pertain to the job description.

Physical Demands:

Medium (up to 50 lbs. occasionally or 30 lbs frequently or 10 lbs constantly)

Visual acuity (arm's length)
