Senior PMO Analyst – SAP & Power BI

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Translate business requirements into optimized processes and appropriate digital project management tools.</li><li>Manage complex financial cycles including annual budgeting, spend estimation, and financial reforecasting.</li><li>Design and build advanced reporting dashboards to provide management with transparent project insights.</li><li>Implement automation and digitalization initiatives for project management interfaces and capacity management systems.</li><li>Coordinate recurring governance meetings and ensure consistent application of project methodologies.</li><li>Train and support end users through dedicated workshops to ensure high adoption of new tools.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in project management office (PMO) or project controlling roles.</li><li>You possess 5+ years of experience with <strong>SAP ERP</strong> modules, specifically <strong>Fiori</strong>, <strong>PS</strong>, <strong>PM</strong>, and <strong>MM</strong>.</li><li>You bring 5+ years of expertise in <strong>O365</strong> solutions including <strong>Power BI</strong>, <strong>Power Automate</strong>, and <strong>SharePoint</strong>.</li><li>You have 2+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement methodologies.</li><li>You possess 2+ years of experience applying project management principles such as budget, planning, quality, and risk management.</li><li>You have 2+ years of experience with recognized methodologies like <strong>PMP</strong>, <strong>PMBOK</strong>, <strong>PRINCE2</strong>, or <strong>Agile</strong>.</li><li>You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or management-related specialization.</li><li>You are proactive, reliable, and demonstrate professional presentation skills.</li><li>You are fluent in <strong>Dutch</strong> or <strong>French</strong> with a B2 level of <strong>English</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Experience within the transport or infrastructure sector.</li><li>Willingness to participate in on-call services.</li></ul>
