The Director of Advisor Recruiting leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Wealth and Financial Advisor recruiting across Truist Wealth. This role advances an enterprise approach to attracting, converting, and successfully launching advisors. The Director partners closely with senior wealth leadership, market leaders, recruiting teams, and business partners to strengthen recruiting effectiveness, improve pipeline quality, accelerate advisor productivity, and support early retention outcomes. The role combines strategic leadership, performance analytics, sales enablement, and operating discipline to deliver measurable advisor growth and success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following summarizes the essential functions of this role. Other duties, both major and minor, may be assigned and may change from time to time based on business needs.
1.    Lead execution of the enterprise advisor recruiting strategy across markets, segments, and priority growth areas.
2.    Establish consistent recruiting standards, operating routines, and accountability across the full recruiting lifecycle.
3.    Partner with market, regional, recruiting, onboarding, and field leaders to strengthen pipeline quality, conversion, and recruiting discipline.
4.    Partner with the Wealth Onboarding Manager to streamline the end-to-end advisor onboarding experience, from offer acceptance through early-stage productivity.
5.    Design and implement repeatable onboarding workflows, milestones, and performance tracking routines to accelerate time to production and revenue contribution.
6.    Monitor early performance indicators and proactively address risks to advisor success, productivity, and retention.
7.    Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting that provide an enterprise view of pipeline health, recruiting effectiveness, onboarding progress, productivity, and early retention trends.
8.    Translate recruiting and onboarding analytics into actionable insights that inform leadership decisions, field execution, and continuous improvement.
9.    Partner with technology and business teams to enhance platforms, tools, workflows, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities supporting recruiting and onboarding.
10.    Develop recruiting messaging, advisor value proposition materials, playbooks, campaigns, and field enablement tools that support leader effectiveness and advisor growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1.    10+ years of experience in wealth management, recruiting strategy, sales enablement, business execution, or related leadership roles 
2.    5+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated ability to drive enterprise initiatives 
3.    Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts and influence senior stakeholders across a complex organization 
4.    Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable outcomes 
5.    Demonstrated success improving performance, driving adoption, and scaling business processes 
6.    Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both executive leadership and field teams 
7.    FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63/65), and 24
