The Opportunity: 

Gloo360 is seeking an experienced and adaptable Senior Data Engineer to join its growing Business Intelligence & Analytics team. This position plays a key role in shaping the company’s data infrastructure, enabling advanced analytics, and delivering scalable data solutions that power both internal operations and client-facing platforms.

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines using modern tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and FiveTran. This individual will optimize data models and support a variety of cross-functional initiatives, with a primary focus on platform and analytics engineering. Flexibility is essential, as the role may also contribute to high-impact projects across the organization based on evolving business priorities.

In close partnership with software engineering and product development teams, this role ensures the data foundation is reliable, scalable, and strategically aligned with Gloo360’s product and technical goals. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization where high-quality data unlocks powerful insights for faith-based partners around the world. Candidates are required to be based near McKinney, Texas; Orlando, Florida; or Boulder, Colorado and available to work onsite at least 2-3 days per week as part of a hybrid work model.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting both platform and analytics data engineering efforts, including source ingestion, modeling, and performance optimization
• Collaborating closely with software engineering and product development teams to align data engineering efforts with broader product and platform needs
• Contributing to the evolution of Gloo360’s data architecture, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with enterprise goals
• Integrating external data sources via APIs and supporting application-ready data delivery where needed
• Participating in the development and reinforcement of data governance practices
• Helping evaluate and implement tools and frameworks that advance team capabilities and streamline data workflows
• Remaining adaptable and willing to take on new projects as business priorities evolve

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
