Accounting/Commissions Intern

We are seeking an Accounting Intern to assist primarily with commissions duties and support various accounting projects. This role requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

What you will own:
Commissions

• Serve as the point of contact for all commissions-related communication and requests from internal partners.

• Work within commissions software to ensure accurate and timely outputs.

• Manage the organization of commission processes and requests.

• Maintain information and rosters within the commissions software.

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / General Ledger

• Participate in projects and shadowing opportunities as time permits.

What you'll need to be successful:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field of study.

2. Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively communicate with management.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment.

4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in commissions and other areas of accounting. Any additional downtime will be used to support broader accounting responsibilities, providing a well-rounded learning opportunity.
