THE JOB:
The primary responsibility of the Hotel Operations Manager is to support the Senior Hotel Manager by providing dynamic direction and inspiring leadership to the Front Desk team, all in alignment with the MGM brand. This role is key to creating unforgettable guest experiences and fostering a passionate and motivated team dedicated to excellence!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Leads and guides front desk operations to uphold and enhance the guest experience in alignment with company service standards
Drives employee engagement within the front desk team by leveraging available tools and focusing on coaching, training, recognition, and development
Takes part in hiring, training, guiding, and supporting front desk staff to maintain smooth and efficient departmental operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests, team members, management, and external partners
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills; be able to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail.
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
