Schedule Details/Additional Information:

• Full time, 36 hours per pay period
• Three 12 hours shifts/week. 0700-1930
• Every 4th weekend, Every other holiday rotation (includes Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve).

Registered Nurse (RN) – Department 

Elkhorn, WI United States 

Where You Will Work: 

This 27 bed Med Surg unit will allow you to grow as a practicing Registered Nurse due to the variety of patients we care for.

BLS required and on unit Tele training will be provided.

We’re Looking For: 

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing 

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices 

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association  

• Enter additional preferences for candidate qualifications and per the Division Specific Nursing Education Tables Enterprise Nursing Hub   

What You’ll Do: 

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.  

• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
