Associate Business Performance Analyst/Business Performance Analyst

BHE GT&S has an exciting opportunity as a Business Performance Analyst at our Greystone location in Columbia, SC.

• Monitors real time and historical gas measurement readings and other associated data; analyzes and identifies irregularities.
• Ensures data integrity in reporting and analytics. 
• Analyzes and recommends data collection process improvements.  
• Collaborates with applicable personnel to investigate and resolve data discrepancies. Maintain logs of anomalies and corrective actions taken as needed.
• Prepares, analyzes, and presents data summaries.  
• Supports compliance requirements with regulatory standards, internal quality controls, and report reviews.
• Identifies and implements better work and business processes.  
• Defines and develops performance metrics.  
• Performs economic, business, and engineering analysis or other related tasks.  

 

• Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
• Effective analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education: Bachelor (Typically four years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor's degree.)

Preferred Degree: Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance
