Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Lead Supplier Program Manager (Level 4) to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will provide technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires exceptional leadership in stakeholder relationship management, supplier assessments, and performance monitoring throughout all contract phases. A successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively to senior leadership in Seattle, WA.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills

  • Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs

  • Leads the development of mitigations plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs

  • Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies

  • Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to senior leaders

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Excellent Communication Skills.

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management.

  • 5+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development.

  • Ability to coordinate across all levels of employees.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, program management or a related field.

  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.

  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: 118,150 – 159,850
