In this role, you'll help keep the restaurant running smoothly by clearing and resetting tables, assisting with guest needs, washing dishes and kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized dining and kitchen area.</div> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities-&nbsp;</strong><em>Current duties may be changed if job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.</em><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after guests are finished dining.</li> <li>Wiping up spills, food stains, and debris from tables and dining areas.</li> <li>Straightening tablecloths and replacing soiled linens as needed.</li> <li>Resetting tables with clean silverware, glassware, and place settings.</li> <li>Refilling napkins, condiments, and other table supplies.</li> <li>Refilling guest water glasses when needed.</li> <li>Assisting with food running when servers are busy.</li> <li>Cleaning and maintaining the dining room throughout service and at closing.</li> <li>Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines and/or manual washing procedures.</li> <li>Sorting, scraping, and rinsing dishes before loading them into the dishwasher.</li> <li>Properly storing clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in designated areas.</li> <li>Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen work areas.</li> <li>Removing trash and recycling and keeping waste disposal areas clean.</li> <li>Following all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.</li> <li>Assisting with general cleaning duties, including sweepi
