Nurse Coordinator/RN - Urology - Queens Medical Group

As a Nurse Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting a team of urology providers. From performing in-office procedures to educating patients and managing clinical staff, you’ll help ensure every patient receives timely, high-quality patient centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs procedures and provide direct nursing care and patient education for pre- and post-operative urology patients.

  • Assist with medical documentation, including forms, medication appeals, and supply orders.

  • Oversee Medical Assistants and LPNs; coordinate provider schedules and patient follow-up to ensure continuity of care.

This is a full-time day shift position, Monday - Friday. Shift could change based on operational needs. Located in downtown Flushing.

Preferred Criteria

  • At least 3-5 years of RN experience

  • Experience working in busy primary care or other outpatient practice

  • Bilingual - Korean speaking

  • EPIC EMR experience

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)

  • New York State RN License

  • BCLS Certification (American Heart Association)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
