Job Description:

An assistant position is open at the UF Veterinary College's centralized shipping, receiving, and supply store. Part-time work is available with the potential for full time hours.

Applicants must have a strong work ethic and be willing to work in a various climates or settings. Daily cooperation is required in this team environment, as well as very strong customer service skills.

Expected Salary:

$15 an hour

Minimum Requirements:

High school graduation or an equivalent employment history.
Very strong customer service skills.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to communicate effectively and courteously in both written and verbal formats.
Ability to interact in a tactful, courteous, and professional manner regardless of the circumstances.
Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks within a team environment.
Ability to operate MS Office applications.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 49 pounds.
