The MQ-25 program is seeking an Engineering Senior Manager to lead the Advanced Integrated Product Team (IPT) in St. Louis, MO.  This role will lead the maturation of new capabilities to enhance the effectiveness of the MQ-25 platform for the United States and beyond.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the technical baseline for all future configurations and capability enhancements

  • Conduct trade studies for future capabilities and complete configuration downselects

  • Lead execution of IRAD and CRAD projects focused on readiness for upcoming Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)

  • Drive capability integration roadmap with alignment across Boeing internal functions and US and international customer community

  • Partner with Business Development to position Boeing for capture of priority ECPs to enhance MQ-25’s impact in the battlespace

  • Develop and implement integrated program plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Hazelwood, MO.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically depending on business needs.

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) 

This position requires the ability to obtain clearances for Special Access Programs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

  • 7+ years related engineering experience

  • 3+ years experience in leadership roles with cross-functional teams

  • 3+ years experience in new product development

  • 1 or more year experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Master of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

  • Experience with US Navy customer

  • Experience in advanced technology integration

  • Experience with new program or ECP capture

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance and Special Program Access
