INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN/HOSPITALISTS

Job Description

INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN/HOSPITALISTS (Einstein Practice Plan, Inc., Philadelphia and Elkins Park, PA): Diagnose and treat patients in a hospital setting. Prescribe medications and other treatment regimens to hospital inpatients. Order tests and interpret results. Admit patients and coordinate discharge. Teach and supervise medical residents and students. Requires: MD/DO/foreign degree equivalent; completion of 3-year ACGME-approved Internal Medicine residency. PA license/eligibility; and must be available for evening/swing shift and weekend coverage.
