Your team

You’ll be working in the Certification Operations team in Krakow or Wroclaw. You will be closely working with business partners from the Certification team, being a part of the project team and playing pivotal role in its development.

Your expertise

You have:
– a bachelor’s degree or relevant working experience
– very good written and spoken English
– previous customer service/learning background will be an asset
– good MS Office skills
– strong delivery and customer focus
– very good communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization

You are:
– quick learner who is able to operate new training tools and systems
– detail-oriented with thorough and independent working style
– able to prioritize, identify problems and seek solutions
– team player
