We are looking for a finance business partner to help shape this important transformation journey.</p><h2></h2><h2><b><span>Core Responsibilities</span></b><span> </span></h2><h2>Finance Business Partner for BULK Distribution:</h2><ul><li><p>Responsible for core financial processes.</p></li><li><p>Driver of E2E performance mgt - framework &amp; execution</p></li><li><p>Drive productivity roadmap and initiatives</p></li><li><p>Co-drive strategic choices and business cases</p></li><li><p>Active participation in Tendering, Negotiations &amp; Contracting</p></li><li><p>Global Transportation Finance lead</p><ul><li><p>Co-drive freight management strategy</p></li><li><p>Co-drive sustainability agenda within Distribution</p></li><li><p>Co-drive global performance management framework and benchmarking (internal &amp; external)</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Play your part in our</b> <b>team succeeding</b></p><p>Logistics capabilities are increasingly becoming a key value proportion towards shoppers and consequently, logistics Networks across the globe are going through significant transformations in these years – including ours. As Senior Finance Manager for BULK Distribution &amp; Global Transportation, you have financial responsibility for all finance related matters across our internal logistics including performance mgt, productivity, global sourcing strategy and strategic vendor management.</p><p></p><p>Based out of our Headquarters in Billund, you will join the Global Operations Finance Partnering team. More specifically, you will be part of a team focusing on Distribution, S&amp;OP, capacity planning, inventory management and operating model optimization. The team has a global footprint and a global stakeholder landscape.</p><p></p><h2><b>Do</b> <b>you</b> <b>have</b> <b>what</b> <b>it</b> <b>takes?</b></h2><ul><li><p>Master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance relevant topics (Management accounting etc.) Cand. Merc. or similar.</p></li><li><p>+5 years of business partnering experience within the finance area of a global company</p></li><li></li><li><p>Strong <span>collaboration/networking</span> proficiencies</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ideally experience from a production company</p></li><li><p>Courage, curiosity &amp; confidence</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We do not offer relocation assistance for this position.</p><p></p><p>Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
