Rock Shop Sales Associate

We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our rockin' team. This isn't your average retail gig – it's a chance to be part of something special, surrounded by cool merchandise and even cooler people.

• Ring up sales with speed and accuracy, making transactions smooth and seamless for our customers.
• Keep our shelves stocked and looking fabulous, ensuring our customers always find what they're looking for (and maybe a few things they weren't!).
• Maintain a sparkling and inviting Rock Shop environment. Dust bunnies beware!
• Create eye-catching displays that make our products shine. Think visually appealing, strategically placed, and irresistible.
• Provide top-notch customer service that leaves a lasting impression. 
• Answer questions, offer recommendations, and make every customer feel valued.
• Receive and process inventory, keeping track of what we have and what we need. A keen eye for detail is a must!
• Perform other related duties as assigned – because, in the Rock Shop, everyone pitches in!  

• We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1 year of retail experience. Alternatively, a blend of education and experience will do the trick!
• Excellent written, communication, presentation, and computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.  
• Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.  
• Ability to be detail-oriented and have a willingness to learn. 
• Ability to maintain interdepartmental relationships. 
• Work will require varied shifts including weekends and holidays, as needed.
