We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre seeking a qualified Assistant Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. We prioritize our clients’ individual fitness and lifestyle needs and provide services (membership, retail options, etc.) to meet clients wherever they may be in their fitness goals and journey.   Responsibilities & Duties  The Assistant Sales Manager will assist the Studio Owner and Sales Manager in driving studio sales and oversee Member Services at the Durham studio location. This position will require 19-23 set in-studio hours weekly as well as hourly remote work on an as-needed basis. In studio hours are noted below. Monday – 3:45pm to 8:00pmTuesday – 6:45am to 11:00amWednesday – 3:45pm to 6:45pmThursday – 6:45am to 11:00amFriday – 3:45pm to 6:45pm Saturday, Sunday – two weekend shifts per month as scheduled Duties include but are not limited to: ·       Assisting the Durham Sales Manager and Owner in Lead Generation including planning Grass Roots Marketing and studio eventso   Communicate event information and event needs to staff in a timely manner Membership Saleso   Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classeso   Ensure Daily Lead Management checklist is executed by the Sales Representative teamo   Manage member accountso   Manage and execute Member Retention tasks within ClubReady Bi-Weekly emails to teamo   Email team with upcoming events, studio announcements, and a weekend Foundations recap is to be sent out each Monday morningo   This responsibility will be shared with the leadership team o   Draft to be sent to Studio owner and leadership team on Friday  Retailo   Assist with and promote studio retail sales through consistent merchandizing, online sales, and retail-based events o   Input new retail into ClubReady Bi-Monthly Schedulingo   Bi-Monthly scheduling to be completed on WhenIWork by the 15th of each montho   Manage Sales Representative team schedule and facilitate Open Shift coverage as needed Participate in weekly meetingso   Participate in weekly National Sales Call and Bi-monthly Marketing Call or watch recording within 24 hours of live callo   Participate in meetings with the Studio Owner on an as-needed basiso   Participate in bi-weekly meetings with the Corporate Regional Sales Manager  Operational Dutieso   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studioo   Enforce studio policies and procedureso   Any other duties as assigned by studio owner ·       Collaboration and support of Durham Sales Manager position as needed ·       Communicate with staff members as needed to support the daily function of the studio

REQUIREMENTS 

•    1+ year of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred 

•    Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps 

•    Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail 

•    Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone 

•    Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit 

•    Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement 

•    An affinity and passion for fitness 

•    Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines 

Proficiency in gym management software (Club Ready) and POS to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc. *This is a part-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekend availability.
