What you'll do

1. Coordinate the international tax management of the Group based on the Group's strategy, established and improved the Group's overseas tax collection system; guide the self-examination and tax inspection process and activities;2. Planning and implementing the company's tax planning plan and the price transfer strategy;3. Investigate and analyze overseas business tax policies, collect, analyze and, review tax laws and regulations; create risk research reports and propose solutions suitable for company development4. Able to assess tax risks and can take the initiative to analyze the tax burden of the enterprise;5. Responsible for the overseas tax declaration matters and external audit;6. Provide tax structure design, tax due diligence, tax cost analysis and calculation for domestic and overseas projects and follow up on the tax risk management of post-investment projects.7. And other assignments as assigned

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above with majors in finance or other economic related major, intermediate or above accounting title, ACCA, certified public accountant, certified tax agent is preferred;

2. 5 years of international tax related work experience, including more than 2 years of tax management experience and at least 2 years of working experience in Turkey, Africa, Southeast Asia or at least one of the local countries.3. Familiar with Chinese tax law and international tax business; familiar with financial and tax due diligence work with international vision. Overseas tax management experience is highly  preferred;4, Solid tax knowledge, strong communication and coordination skills, and learning ability; able to work under pressure and can accept short-term business trips at home and abroad;5, Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; Chinese can be used as a working language.
