Field Channel Account Manager - AMD
About the AMD - HP Field Channel Account Manager:
MarketStar is looking for a Field Channel Account Manager to support our new AMD-HP Alliance team and NSP/DMR partnerships. The Field Channel Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with partner(s), managing pipeline and increasing sales for our client.
Location: TX - Remote (Austin area)
What Will You Do?
Provide support to AMD-related pre-sales questions for account managers and customers.
Conduct regular onsite visits to designated accounts on the target list.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
Develop joint business plans with partners to outline objectives and strategies.
Provide tools, resources, and training to partners to help them sell AMD products or services effectively.
Track, monitor, and analyze partner performance against agreed-upon metrics.
Own and manage a pipeline of opportunities within CAM’s accounts, identifying AMD revenue and strategic markets/customers.
Deliver AMD revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis, as agreed upon between AMD and the supplier.
Conduct training for supplier personnel on AMD products and provide regular feedback on tool effectiveness.
Submit weekly/monthly reports to AMD on business status, analyze performance data, and deliver trend analysis to recognize strengths and growth opportunities.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Strong understanding and experience in a reseller environment with NSP/DMR channel sales
College degree in business or a related field preferred
Solid experience conducting present
