Who YOU are and what YOU can become:
Responsible for supporting all aspects of the PRO warehouse process from receiving through shipping (both physically and transactionally) while maintaining traceability.
What YOU will do:
- Physical receipt of parts, entry into ERP system
- Labeling and putaway of parts
- Picking and scanning of parts and/or kits into Excel spreadsheets
- Maintaining traceability of all hardware (documentation of batch/lot/serial number) in Excel spreadsheets
- Tracking movement of parts from picking through shipping
- Packing and crating of parts, ensuring quality inspection has occurred, tracking what’s been shipped vs scanned/not shipped in Excel spreadsheets
- Reporting, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Contributing to process improvements
- Performing ERP system transactions (e.g. inventory movement, cashing of parts to jobs, etc.)
- Maintaining cleanliness of workspace
- Other tasks as needed
What YOU must bring to Succeed:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent plus a minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment or other similar industry. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to understand requests and problems, inform on status, and negotiate solutions
