This is a field leadership role with full ownership of district performance, people, and execution. Success requires consistent presence in stores, strong engagement with teams, and the ability to respond in real time to the needs of the business.

We’re looking for a District Manager to lead, coach, and inspire teams across our Paducah, KY market—someone who brings passion, accountability, and a little fun to everything they do.
Things you will be responsible for:
1. Culture Statement/Core Values: Know our Mission, utilize our values to operate the business and retain talent
2. Guest Focus: Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
3. Business Acumen: Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives.
4. Financials: Control shrink, expenses and payroll.
5. In-stocks: Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise adjacencies and presentations; signing, and assortment in all departments; ensure selling floor is adequately stocked within district.
6. Competitive Sales: Comparison shop and report results; share information with VP of Operations and make appropriate price adjustments.
7. Goals and Objectives: Review district/store trends and recommend and initiate changes for maximizing goals and objectives.
8. Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through ensuring a knowledge and understanding of all.
9. Performance Review: Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit for all levels inside your store
10. Talent Management: Train and develop high performing team members in all aspects of the business.
11. Cleanliness: Ensure store is clean, welcoming, and meeting company standards
To land this awesome opportunity you must have high school diploma or GED. 5 years retail and or restaurant experience as well as 2 years in a leadership role. In addition, we just ask that you complete our training program, be a tremendous person and be food safety certified.

Travel:
- Regular travel across all district locations is required to ensure consistent execution, coaching, and accountability.
- Schedule flexibility is essential to lead effectively across all dayparts and operating conditions.
- Periodic travel to the corporate office is required (approximately bi-weekly) to stay aligned, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and support broader company initiatives.
