Kitchen Worker - Full Time (Harrah's Laughlin)

Are you ready to be part of the Caesars Family Style Service experience? We’re looking for a dedicated Kitchen Worker/Maintenance to keep our kitchens spotless and running smoothly. If you take pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and creating a safe environment, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

• Clean and stock essential supplies: plates, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Maintain proper sanitation standards in all kitchen outlets in compliance with Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) regulations and company Stewarding standards.
• Safely clean and sanitize all china, flatware, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dish machines and handle cleaning chemicals (bleach, pine sol, oven cleaner, etc.) responsibly.
• Support the team by meeting attendance guidelines and following all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a cleaning role preferred.
• Ability to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Strong teamwork skills and a professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Comfortable working in hot environments (up to 115°F near dish machines).
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, push carts, bend, stoop, and stack racks of dishes.
• Must respond to visual and auditory cues effectively.

Requirements

• SNHD Food Handler’s Card – must be obtained and maintained.
• Commitment to Caesars Family Style Service standards.
