Developmental Group Leader – IPC Assembly (2nd Shift)
Quality Control – In-Process Control Assembly
Outline of duties:
- Demonstrates a positive role model for all Associates to promote each Team Member's success.
- Maintains familiarity with all job duties and skill levels of all Team Members and monitors events that may affect Team performance.
- Responsible for the assessment and development of each Team Member's performance.
- Understands, teaches, and promotes the SIA Production System to all Team leaders and Team Members.
- Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and procedures and take appropriate corrective actions, if necessary.
- Aligns leadership styles to that of SIA's Principles and values.
- Plans, monitors, and leads activities according to Plant and Section goals related to Safety, Quality, and productivity.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Group Leader's Manager(s).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate/Associate Degree in Organizational Leadership or related field or willingness to enter a contract to obtain a certificate in OL (Minimum 25+ Credits) within two (2) years of start date, assigned by SIA.
- 4+ years Supervisory/Leadership experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Organizational Leadership or related field.
- Experience in an Automotive Manufacturing Environment.
