The Float Pool offers caregivers the ability to support diverse populations across numerous departments, units, and/or locations within the Cleveland Clinic system. This position offers an unmatched opportunity to develop extensive experience in nearly every specialty area of healthcare. As an RN, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare education as needed.

A caregiver in this position works rotating days/evenings from 7:00AM – 7:30PM or 3:00PM – 3:30PM, including rotating weekends and holidays.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Provide nursing care in an operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.
Perform scrub and circulating functions.
Prepare the OR, surgical instruments and equipment for use.
Perform circulating functions, including monitoring, recording and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient before, during and after procedure.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
