Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Lake Mary, Florida is looking for a Senior Internal Communications Specialist.
Hybrid Schedule (3 days a week in the office)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute internal communications that align with organizational goals.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive company culture.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a comprehensive content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and impactful communications.
- Design and implement internal campaigns and create diverse content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet articles, videos, podcasts, and presentations.
- Lead the planning and execution of internal events and initiatives aimed at promoting employee engagement and strengthening company culture.
- Analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and employee feedback.
- Manage and maintain the company’s internal communications tools in collaboration with IT, ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures reporting all unsafe activities to Management and/or Human Resources.
- Travel – up to 20%

- Education and/or Experience: BS or BA/Undergraduate degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience. Three to five years of Marketing or Communications experience in a corporate setting is preferred. Experience with large-scale event planning. Experience & track record of working in an ambiguous, dynamic environment. Proven ability to build and run programs in areas related to employee experience.
