Position Summary

The Director, Financial Transformation will work in close collaboration with senior & C-Level executives at multiple clients to leverage insights, formulate plans and lead people to drive financial and technology transformation.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Effective partnership and influencing skills during daily interactions with senior leaders of Finance, Strategy and Operations teams.

  • Effective problem solving and analysis skills combined with impeccable business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Effective communication and presentations skills with the ability to deliver findings of analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships across multiple geographies.

  • Effective financial modeling skills and ability to understand trends in data, build forecasts, develop insights and turn them into strategies with high impact.

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in an unstructured, fast changing environment.

  • Ability to effectively balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Willingness and ability to travel every week up to 50%.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 

  • Experience with SQL with a passion for data accuracy and data validation.

  • 1-3 years relevant finance and/or technology experience preferably within healthcare or consulting.  

  • Preferred experience in a matrixed organization.

  • US Work Authorization required.
