Responsibilities:
Access Control and CCTV Installation:
• Lead the installation and configuration of access control and CCTV systems.
• Ensure proper integration of access control and CCTV components for seamless functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
Service and Maintenance:
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on access control and CCTV systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and provide timely resolution to technical issues.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid system downtime.
Data Center Environment:
• Apply knowledge and experience in working within a data center environment.
• Familiarity with data center protocols and security measures is highly desirable.
• Ensure compliance with data center policies and procedures.
Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installation and service activities.
• Generate comprehensive reports and maintain internal documentation purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
• Minimum of a technical diploma or relevant certification in electronics, information technology, or a related field.
Experience:
• Proven experience as a lead technician or service technician in access control and CCTV systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Mid-Level role, 3-5 years related experience is preferred
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in the installation and configuration of access control and CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, networking protocols and data communication in a data center environment.
• Basic scripting knowledge is a plus (Powershell, Bash)
Leadership Skills:
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Problem-solving:
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization.
Flexibility:
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and schedules.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
Salary Range
$36,242.12 - $57,224.40 USD (Salary)- Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
- Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
