Position Status: Regular, Full-time (Salary)

Work Schedule: 8:00AM ¢ 5:00PM ¢ subject to change based on project assignments/deadlines

Salary Range: $100,000 ¢ $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

Travel: Up to 25% of time

You should have experience leading large teams and experience managing the financial performance of multiple assets or business units.

Areas of Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Operational Oversight: Guide day-to-day operations across multiple districts, ensuring execution of business strategies and operational efficiency. Analyze property performance to drive regional success and contribute to strategic planning.

Budget and Financial Accountability: Responsible for meeting budget targets across the region. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

Team Management and Development: Directly responsible for hiring, training, and supervising District Managers. Provide mentorship and support, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Act as a key liaison between senior management and district-level operations.

Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management: Collaborate with District Managers to ensure property management teams meet customer needs effectively. Review and analyze customer fe
